UPDATE PACKAGES:

Consider updating or restating your wishes on your Will and/or Trust every 5 years and your Advance Directives every 2 to 3 years, or:

• When your Partner dies or becomes incapacitated;

• When you become incapacitated;

• When you and your partner break-up;

• When you or your partner has a child;

• When you move to another state;

• When you change your mind about a beneficiary or a personal representative/successor trustee

				Order an Update for your Trust package: The Living Trust Update Package includes documents for one person or two Partners:  An Amendment to your Living Revocable Trust, a new Last Will & Testament, new Advance Directives, updated Supporting Documents, Letters and Instructions		$75.00
				Order an Update for your Will Package: The Last Will Update Package includes documents for one person or two partners: A new Last Will & Testament or a Codicil a codicil is like an amendment.  If you choose a codicil instead of a new Will, you'll simply attach the codicil to your existing Will, new Advance Directives, updated Supporting Documents, Letters and Instructions.		$50.00

Even if nothing in your life has changed, when your documents get too old there may be questions as to whether they remain a true reflection of your wishes.

The only Packages that have Updates are the Trust and Will Packages.  If you want to update Documents for Children you will need to purchase the entire Package.  If you want to update your Advance Directives, there is no charge for that service and you only need to order FREE documents.
